I’m a Holistic Nutritionist located in Toronto. I specialize in weight loss and skin health for men, women, and children of all ages. I use a unique approach, with an emphasis on hormonal balance to personally address your needs. I always look at the root cause to get you on your path to a healthy lifestyle.
Healthy eating isn’t about being perfect. It’s about having a plan that you can stick to, giving you energy and allowing you to eat all the foods you love. This is how you’ll see results!
WHY WEIGHT LOSS? MY STORY
I grew up in a healthy household. My family was (and still is) very active and my parents understood the value of healthy eating. As I got older and was responsible for what I put in my own body I noticed a disconnect – I knew healthy eating was important but wasn’t sure how to feed myself properly. As a result, I fell into the low fat, low calorie trend. This left me overweight, low energy, unhappy and unsure why.
After seeing a Holistic Nutritionist my world changed. I went from overthinking everything I put into my mouth to actually enjoying foods without counting a single calorie or gram of fat. I was able to eat enough in a day to be both satisfied and full all while actually losing weight. And it wasn’t just loosing the weight, but the way it opened up my world to loving cooking, eating, and everything food. This led me to a dedicated career in helping others achieve their weight loss and lifestyle goals!

Family girl, barre fanatic, and nutrition nerd (I know, that was 6 words – oops)
After graduating from the MIT program with a BA at Western University I attended The Institute of Holistic Nutrition where I graduated with the title Certified Nutrition Practitioner (CNP). I graduated top of my class, with the First Class Honors designation.
