During this session I will ask you all the questions I need to get to the root of the issue and create your customized plan. Everyone is unique, rather than taking a one size fits all approach I evaluate your complete history (emotional, lifestyle habits, current dietary habits, etc.). This helps me get to the bottom of any issues and/or concerns to start you on your path to optimal health.
You will be given your custom plan and we will go over everything you need to know to get started with your new healthy lifestyle. Included in your custom plan is a food plan summary (what you should be eating, how much and when), a shopping list, food suggestions, meal ideas and recipes that suit your fast-pace lifestyle and support your healthy eating plan.
Length: 90 minutes
This session should be booked as a follow-up after you’ve been given your custom plan. Let’s make sure you’re on the right path and go over any challenges that may have come up during the week. Part of having a Holistic Nutritionist is that they give you a kick in the butt when you need it, so even if you haven’t had the best week, come in!
Length: 15-30 minutes
This can be your first session if you're looking for some great meal/snack ideas and to have your nutrition questions answered, but don't need a whole custom plan. Come with your questions, and you’ll leave with great information and lots of new ideas to make food fun and easy.

Let’s make sure we will make a great team. We can go over your goals and hurdles and decide if this is the right fit for you. Meet and greets are about 15 minutes and done over the phone.
